This Tuesday features sets from Harper Dawson and Greta Williams!
Harper Dawson is an engaging and mesmerising performer and creative artist from Melbourne. As a jazz saxophonist, improviser and composer she has an affinity for lyrical playing, drawing much compositional inspiration from the likes of Kenny Wheeler, Sam Anning and Kika Sprangers.
She is joined by a quintet of good friends and fabulous musicians, each with a love of creative and collaborative music making, whose unique musical voices help bring the songs to life. The quintet will perform a set of entirely original music composed by Harper; coming together to create beautiful and exciting music.
Harper Dawson - alto saxophone
Will Jones - trombone

Don’t you know any happy songs?
Greta Williams (vocals), Jack Marken (Guitar) and Meg Davidson (Double Bass) explore original tunes and deconstructed arrangements of folk songs and art song close to Greta’s heart.
Arranged together over croissants, coffee & wine, Don’t you know any happy songs, leans into Greta’s penchant for the melancholic and examines that the feeling you get when you know a song so well you can’t remember how you learnt it.
Music from 8:00pm // Tickets $15 (or pay what you can at the door).
