Sophie Marcheff is a classically-trained guitarist based in Naarm/Melbourne whose practice spans contemporary/experimental classical music, popular Brazilian music, chamber music (Melbourne Guitar Quartet) and indie singer-songwriter music (Sweet Whirl). Sophie’s original music explores counterpoint paired with understated jazz harmony and extends the steel-string guitar with effects & electronics.

Nick Gregory and Annwen Roberts explore sonic textures with violin, electric guitar and fx, in a new project driven by a shared love of improvisation.
