After over two decades of being the backbone of many of Melbourne’s most successful jazz ensembles, double bassist Tom Lee has put together a first-class group of musicians to perform a selection of his own compositions for the first time. Supported by the lush sounds of Hugh Stuckey and Fran Swinn on guitars and James McLean on the drums, the group will perform original material inspired by landscapes, love and conflict, reflecting their love of jazz and improvised music. Many years in the making, the debut of this line-up is an exciting prospect!
