Quartet Nouvelle are opening up the stage to the masses! Following an introductory set of tunes we welcome all to come along to a totally acoustic trad/gypsy jam. The Green has keys and people are welcome to bring some brushes + snare etc; strictly NO AMPS for this one! Would love to have singers, horns, clarinet… no more will you have to spend a couple lost dBs getting your ears blasted off at a jam.

Nick Gregory, with their band of young, experienced musicians, presents a lighthearted and lively take on gypsy jazz. As a fully acoustic ensemble, the group showcases a mature understanding of the genre and it’s rich history; placing a strong emphasis on crowd interaction.
Primarily celebrating Parisian jazz from the 30s and 40s, the quartet play a mixture of classics from the catalogue of legend Django Reinhardt as well as his American contemporaries.
