The Acclivous Quintet performing live jazz at the Brunswick Green on Sydney Road in Brunswick, Melbourne, Australia. The band features five exceptional jazz musicians: Ben Carr on tenor saxophone, a Melbourne jazz and improv veteran currently mid-way through his Master's degree at the University of Melbourne. Aaron McCoullough on drums; a jazz and improv PhD graduate from the Universtity of Tasmania. Dan Mamrot on guitar; currently mid-way through his PhD at Monash University. Tom Lee on bass who has played with everyone! Most notably Melbourne vocalist Michelle Nicole, pianist Aaron Choulai and Melbourne trumpet legend Eamon McNelis. And finally, multi award winning pianist, the great Mark Fitzgibbon, whose presence on the Melbourne scene has inspired musicians for over 40 years
