Join us for a very special Life Drawing event at The Brunswick Green, where we will pay tribute to Manhattan in the 1960's, inspired by the most visually iconic period show of all time – Mad Men.

On the last Sunday of November, we’ll convert the cosy front room of The Brunswick Green into the wonderful smoke filled world of Madison Avenue in 1962. Poses will range from 5 to 20 minutes and will feature some of the show’s most iconic scenes and characters.

The Brunswick Green’s warm, eclectic atmosphere will be transformed for the evening to the smoke filled rooms of Madison Avenue skyscrapers. From the clack of typewriters to the clink of whiskey glasses, every detail will set the stage for an immersive drawing experience.

Get ready to draw Don and Betty Draper, Joan Holloway and Megan Calvet, and the fabulous transformations of mid century styles from 1960 to 1969.

Whether you’re a fan of the series, the 60s, or simply looking for a unique life drawing session, this is a night to let your pencils capture all things mid-century aesthetic to an iconic soundtrack to match.

As always, we welcome artists of all levels, from seasoned sketchers to those just picking up a pencil. Bring your own drawing materials or ours. Arrive early to grab a gimlet and settle in for an unforgettable evening of creativity.

Basic drawing materials are available for use, and limited seating is avaibale at shared tables, or with drawing boards at couches, chairs, or floor seating.
