But one thing stays sacred: the yearly standards gig at the Brunny Green.

Deep cuts only. Tunes that live a little further down the page, pulled out and treated with care, curiosity, and just enough recklessness. Expect a couple of cheeky originals woven into the set too!

I’m joined by some of Naarm’s most exciting young improvisers, musicians deeply grounded in the tradition while pushing right at the cutting edge of the music.
